Title | [Roles of processing and compatibility in antidepression of Sini Powder: a metabonomics study] |
Overall design | The antidepressant mechanism of Sini Powder was investigated in the chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) model of depression by metabonomics. Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into the following 2 groups (n = 6 in each group): (1) control group, and (2) CUMS group. The CUMS stress procedure lasted for 4 weeks. Plasma samples were used for metabonomic analysis. |
