Title | Omics studies of the murine intestinal ecosystem exposed to subchronic and mild social defeat stress |
Overall design | The aim of this study was to elucidate metabolic profiles of cecal contents in subchronic and mild social defeat stress (sCSDS) mice using capillary electrophoresis time-of-flight mass spectrometry (CE-TOFMS) analysis. Mice were divided into 2 groups: (1) control group, and (2) sCSDS group. The sCSDS conditions were applied for 10 days. Five samples per group were used for metabonomic analysis. |
