Title

Omics studies of the murine intestinal ecosystem exposed to subchronic and mild social defeat stress

Overall design

The aim of this study was to elucidate metabolic profiles of cecal contents in subchronic and mild social defeat stress (sCSDS) mice using capillary electrophoresis time-of-flight mass spectrometry (CE-TOFMS) analysis. Mice were divided into 2 groups: (1) control group, and (2) sCSDS group. The sCSDS conditions were applied for 10 days. Five samples per group were used for metabonomic analysis.
