Title

Metabolomic analysis of the hippocampus in a rat model of chronic mild unpredictable stress-induced depression based on a pathway crosstalk and network module approach

Overall design

In this study, neurotransmitters in the hippocampus of rats with chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) depression were detected. Rats were divided into the following 2 groups: (1) control group, and (2) CUMS group. Ten hippocampal samples per group were used for targeted metabonomic analysis.
