Title | Personality classification enhances blood metabolome analysis and biotyping for major depressive disorders: two-species investigation |
Overall design | In this study, the authors obtained the plasma metabolites profiles of the chronic social defeat (SD) mice by LCMS-based metabolome analysis. C57BL/6J mice were divided into the following 2 groups (n = 8 in each group): (1) control group, and (2) SDS group (consecutive social stress for 10 consecutive days). Six plasma samples per group were used for metabonomic analysis. |
