Title | A metabolomic study on the gender-dependent effects of maternal exposure to fenvalerate on neurodevelopment in offspring mice |
Overall design | The aim of this study was to identify the effects of maternal exposure to fenvalerate on neurodevelopment in offspring mice. Pregnant ICR mice were randomly divided into 2 groups, including the control group and the fenvalerate group (fenvalerate 30 mg/kg/day, gavage, from D8 to D18 during pregnancy). Thirty-five-day old ICR offsprings (fenvalerate-treated offspring group and control offspring group, male: female = 1: 1) were tested for forced swimming test. Serum and thyroid samples were used for metabonomic analysis. |
