Title | Changes of altruistic behavior and kynurenine pathway in late-life depression |
Overall design | The aim of this study was to whether the levels of metabolites in kynurenine pathway (KP) and white matter (WM) network topological features would influence the altruistic behavior in late-life depression patients. Thirty-four late-life depression patients (late-life depression group) and 36 heathy controls (control group) were included. Serum concentrations of kynurenine pathway metabolites were detected by the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. |
