Title

Hemisphere-dependent endocannabinoid system activity in prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of the Flinders Sensitive Line rodent model of depression

Overall design

In this study, the authors analyzed the anandamide and 2-arachidonoylglycerol levels in the plasma, prefrontal cortex, and hippocampus of the Flinders Sensitive Line (FSL group), and their controls, the Flinders Resistant Line (FRL group) by liquid chromatography/multiple reaction monitoring (LC/MRM). Eight samples per group were used for LC-MS analysis.
