Overall design | The aim of this study was to identify potential differentially expressed metabolites in the frontal cortex and serum of chronic social defeat stress (CSDS) mice model of depression. C57BL/6J mice were divided into the following 2 groups: (1) control group, and (2) CSDS group. The CSDS stress procedure lasted for 10 days. Frontal cortex and serum samples were used for metabonomic analysis (n = 12/group). |
