Title

Study of plasma metabolic profiling and biomarkers of chronic unpredictable mild stress rats based on gas chromatography/mass spectrometry

Overall design

In this study, a metabolomic investigation of chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) rats was carried out. Plasma obtained from Sprague-Dawley rats treated by CUMS was analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Rats were divided into the following two groups (n = 6 in each group): (1) CUMS group and (2) control group. The CUMS stress procedure lasted for 4 weeks.
