Title | Urinary metabolite signatures for predicting elderly stroke survivors with depression |
Overall design | The aim of this study was to identify potential urinary biomarkers for diagnosing elderly post-stroke depression (PSD) subjects. The 78 elderly healthy controls (control group), 122 elderly stroke survivors without depression (stroke group) and 124 elderly PSD subjects (PSD group) were included. Urinary metabolite signatures obtained from gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)-based metabolomic platform were collected. |
