Overall design | The aim of this study was to analyze the association of the ERICH3 rs11580409 genetic polymorphism with response following antidepressant treatment and plasma serotonin levels in METADAP, a cohort of 6-month antidepressant-treated depressed patients. Clinical (n = 377) and metabolic (n = 150) data were obtained at baseline and after 3 and 6 months of treatment in depressed patients. Plasma serotonin levels were determined using UPLC-MS. |
