Title | Plasma and liver metabolic profiles in mice subjected to subchronic and mild social defeat stress |
Overall design | The aim of this study was to elucidate metabolic profiles of plasma, liver, and urine in subchronic and mild social defeat stress (sCSDS) mice by using CE-TOFMS-based metabolome and biochemical analyses. Mice were divided into 2 groups: (1) control group, and (2) sCSDS group. The sCSDS conditions were applied for 10 days. Four samples per group were used for metabonomic analysis. |
