Title

Plasma and liver metabolic profiles in mice subjected to subchronic and mild social defeat stress

Overall design

The aim of this study was to elucidate metabolic profiles of plasma, liver, and urine in subchronic and mild social defeat stress (sCSDS) mice by using CE-TOFMS-based metabolome and biochemical analyses. Mice were divided into 2 groups: (1) control group, and (2) sCSDS group. The sCSDS conditions were applied for 10 days. Four samples per group were used for metabonomic analysis.
