Title | [1H-NMR metabonomic study on fecal of chronic unpredicted mild stress model of depression in rats] |
Overall design | To obtain the potential biomarkers of chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) rats, the change of endogenous metabolites in the faeces of CUMS rats was analyzed using 1H-NMR coupled with metabonomics. The change of endogenous metabolites in faeces was analyzed using 1H-NMR coupled with multivariate statistical analysis. Rats were divided into 2 groups (n = 10 in each group): (1) control group and (2) CUMS group. Six samples per group were used for metabonomic analysis. The CUMS stress procedure lasted for 4 weeks. |
